Halie Behr

Founder & Lead Fundaneer

Halie Behr is a force of nature in the auction industry, bringing forth the high energy and electricity to fire up a room and keep everyone engaged all night long. As the proud founder and lead auctioneer of Behr Benefits, Halie has spent the last decade raising tens of millions of dollars for charities all over the U.S. Behr is a three-time champion auctioneer, becoming the first and only in history to win both the International Junior Auctioneering Championship in 2013 and the International Auctioneering Championship in 2023. Halie holds the title of Denver’s favorite Fundaneer, bringing an unrivaled sense of enthusiasm and passion to maximize fundraising results at benefit auction events.

As a Fundaneer, Behr steers the ship of your organization’s fundraising. Obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree in Events and Hospitality Management from Iowa State University, along with being certified as a Benefit Auction Specialist by the National Auction Association, has best prepared Halie to consult clients on event fundraising strategy. She uses her education and experience to mentor and instruct auctioneers entering into the field. Halie serves on the Colorado Auctioneers Association board, works weekly automobile auctions, and records 125 fundraising auctions a year for the Behr Benefits team.

 
  • Rylie is rapidly making her mark in the auction industry with a fresh, dynamic approach that is turning heads. Having a background in theater and entertainment, she possesses a unique ability to captivate and engage audiences of all sizes, effortlessly blending her talents for performance with the art of auctioneering. Her quick wit, humor, and outgoing personality allow her to connect with a diverse range of individuals, creating a unique and personalized experience that elevates any fundraising event. It is Rylie’s deep passion and genuine commitment to the success of every nonprofit she works with that truly sets her apart, ensuring each event is not just a success, but a meaningful and impactful experience for all involved. Above all, she believes her faith in the Lord is what brought her to serve others in this capacity.

  • Justin brings Midwest charm, quick wit, and a talent for storytelling to every event. Now based in Dallas, he combines his strong work ethic with a natural ability to engage a crowd—whether through sharp banter, well-timed humor, or creating the perfect bidding momentum.

    When he’s not on stage at an auction, you’ll find him staying active with a good game of hoops, hitting the gym, exploring Dallas, enjoying time with family and good company, or prioritizing some quality self-care. Easygoing yet detail-oriented, he knows how to keep things running smoothly while making sure everyone has a great time.

  • Kelee Lee is an American Charity Auctioneer, Comedian, and Motivational Speaker. Celebrating over 20 years of entertaining audiences and raising money for charities across the country, she effortlessly combines her experience in theater and stand-up comedy with her passion for making a difference in the world. Kelee Lee is poised, funny and persuasive. She has a gift of connecting authentically, completely captivating audiences as she commands the stage. With over two decades of performing, she understands what it takes to engage, motivate and inspire audiences to give with her charismatic, clever, and energetic personality.

  • Journey Werner is a highly accomplished professional benefit auctioneer with over 10 years of fundraising experience, renowned for her dynamic presence and exceptional ability to drive auction success. Journey is a 2nd generation auctioneer, and has been immersed in the industry from a young age with hands-on working knowledge of every aspect of your fundraising event. From event planning, professional bid spotting, run of show, transitions, audio/visual support, lighting, and volunteer training- she does it all! Journey’s extensive experience within the auction world sets her apart, and gives her an advantage in understanding the intricacies that make your fundraising event successful. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Journey Werner continues to set the standard for excellence at fundraising events by making a lasting impact on the organizations she serves.
